Terms of Service

The agreement between you and No Minimum when you browse the site, upload a design, or place an order.

The short version

Everything we sell is custom-made for you, one order at a time. You must own (or have permission to use) any design you upload. The price you see includes decoration. Because items are made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind — but if we get something wrong, we reprint it or refund you. Full details below.

1. Who We Are

nominimum.com (the "Site") is operated by Montongo LLC, a United States limited liability company, doing business as "No Minimum" ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. You can check out as a guest or create an account; if you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree that the information you provide — including shipping addresses and contact details — is accurate. We currently sell and ship within the United States.

3. Your Designs & Content License

Our products are decorated with artwork you upload — logos, images, and designs ("Your Content"). When you upload Your Content, you represent and warrant that you own it or have all rights and permissions needed to have it printed, embroidered, engraved, or otherwise reproduced on merchandise.

You grant us (and the production partners who manufacture your order) a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and reproduce Your Content solely to produce your order, show you previews and order history, and make reordering easy. You keep all ownership of Your Content.

  • Don't upload content you don't have rights to — including other companies' logos or trademarks without authorization, or copyrighted artwork without a license.
  • Don't upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, or that promotes violence.
  • We may refuse, cancel, and refund any order whose artwork we reasonably believe is infringing or prohibited, and we may remove such content from our systems.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Listed prices include decoration unless otherwise stated; taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never store your full card details. Your order is an offer to purchase; we accept it when we confirm and begin production. We may cancel and fully refund any order — for example, due to a pricing or listing error, artwork issues, or suspected fraud — and we'll notify you if we do. Obvious pricing errors do not obligate us to sell at the erroneous price.

5. Purchases Through AI Assistants

You may be able to buy our products through AI shopping assistants (for example, ChatGPT) that support agentic checkout. Those purchases are subject to these same terms. The assistant's platform handles your payment credentials and checkout experience; we receive your order, contact, and shipping details so we can produce and deliver your items. For customized products bought this way, we'll contact you after checkout to collect your design file — your order enters production once we have it.

6. Production & Delivery

Every item is made to order. Production typically takes about 5 business days after we have your final artwork, plus shipping time. Dates we display are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly commit to a delivery date in writing. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier; we'll help you pursue claims for items damaged or lost in transit as described in our Return Policy.

7. Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Because your items are custom-made, they can't be restocked or resold, and we can't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or artwork mistakes in the file you approved. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted — meaning it doesn't match what you ordered and approved — we'll reprint it or refund you. 8. Intellectual Property & Brand Names

The Site — its design, text, graphics, and software — belongs to us or our licensors, and you may not copy or reuse it except as needed to shop with us. The blank products we decorate are made by third-party brands (for example, Nike, Carhartt, or Champion); their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our decoration of a branded blank does not imply that the brand sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with us or with Your Content.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Minor variations in color, placement, and finish are inherent to custom decoration and are not defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law: we disclaim implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose); we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification, Governing Law & Changes

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content — including claims that artwork you uploaded infringes someone else's rights — or your breach of these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and you agree that disputes will be resolved in courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law gives you rights to a different venue. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
